Inno-Plast GmbH

Digitalization in Plastic Processing

With our digital solutions, you can monitor, analyze, and optimize your production processes in real time. From data acquisition via webMIP to connecting existing systems, we create transparency and efficient workflows.

Our Mission

Digital progress with a down-to-earth approach

At Inno-Plast, digitalization is not just a buzzword – it is part of our daily work. We use digital tools to make our manufacturing processes more efficient, transparent, and even more precise. In doing so, we always keep the practical benefits in mind: for ourselves and, above all, for our customers.

What this means in practice:

✅ Precise data basis

We work with digital drawings, CAD data, and exact dimensional specifications – allowing us to reliably implement even complex components.

✅ Streamlined processes

From quotation to delivery: Digital interfaces ensure short communication channels, fewer queries, and fast execution of your orders.

✅ Documentation & Quality

Every step is documented, and every change is traceable. This creates security – even for follow-up orders or series production.

Digitalization with webMIP

For many years, we have been developing digital solutions for the plastics industry with webMIP (Web Management in Process). Our software supports companies in recording production data centrally, monitoring processes transparently, and continuously optimizing workflows.

The system ranges from control station functions and central reporting to extensive analysis tools and the integration of existing machines, sensors, and third-party systems. Connection to existing MES and ERP systems is also possible.

We are currently developing the next generation of webMIP to provide companies with even more transparency, process control, and individually customizable functions for their production.

The basic equipment includes, among others:

  • Overall status: Overview of all connected machines with relevant process data

  • System status: Detailed view of individual machines including measurement data

  • Trend display: Graphical representation of multiple process variables over selectable periods

  • Consumption & downtime reports: Production KPIs at a glance, including capacity utilization graphs

  • Raw material editor: Management of materials including density, MFI, and manufacturer data

    Optionally expandable by:

    • Silo status: Fill levels and raw material overview

    • Recipe & raw material management: with supplier relations, recipe optimization & material tracking

    • Profile module: Display of roll profiles (waterfall/contour map) with traceability

    • Order management: Planning & tracking including resources such as empty pallets, roll cores, etc.

“A good product doesn’t just solve a problem – it makes life easier.”

    FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Is a complete digitalization of the manufacturing processes possible?

Our solutions support the digitalization of many areas of production. From data acquisition and production monitoring to the connection of additional systems, we work with you to develop a concept that fits your requirements and your existing infrastructure.

Can Inno-Plast also digitalize existing machines?

Yes. Our digitalization solutions can also be integrated into existing production facilities. Depending on the existing control system and technical equipment, machine data can be recorded, visualized, and used for evaluations. This allows you to benefit from modern functions without having to replace your entire system.

Can existing MES or ERP systems be connected?

Yes, webMIP can integrate existing MES and ERP systems via suitable interfaces. The type of connection possible depends on the systems used and the desired data flows. Together, we can find the right integration solution for your production.

    Which interfaces does webMIP support?

webMIP is designed for the connection of various machines, control systems, and higher-level systems. The interfaces used depend on your existing infrastructure and the requirements of your project. We would be happy to discuss the right solution for your production environment in a personal consultation.

Which production data can be recorded?

Depending on the system, production quantities, machine states, material data, process values, or other relevant production information, for example, can be recorded and evaluated centrally.

    Can webMIP be individually expanded?

Yes, webMIP has a modular design and can be expanded with additional functions or evaluations according to your requirements. As a result, the system grows with your processes and future needs.
